great location but cleanliness needs attention

The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the ocean, ideal for sunset moments! The staff's friendliness truly enhanced my stay, especially the personalized breakfast from the head chef making mornings special. The room's city view was refreshing, allowing me to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere every day.

Unfortunately, the room's overall cleanliness did not meet my expectations.

Breakfast took too long to arrive.

the rooftop pool is amazin with great views, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. my room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety, especially fresh fruits and yummy hot dishes. also, loved the marines theme everywhere, made it feel unique. the beach is super close too, just a short walk away.

but the air con was pretty loud and my room had a damp smell, which wasn't great.

the sanctuary has a fantastic rooftop pool with breathtaking views of koh larn, perfect for relaxation. the location is great, just steps away from lively local restaurants and shops. plus, the staff were wonderful and always ready to assist. the aquarium with sharks in the lobby is a cool feature for pictures, especially for kids.
